A choir for your Orthodox wedding
We sing the responses of the Orthodox marriage service in churches in Bucharest and across the country. The whole service is covered vocally, with no amplification and nothing that holds up the rite.
How many artists
Five artists fill a medium-sized church. For large churches we recommend six or eight. Tell us the church and we will advise.
How long
The service usually lasts 40–60 minutes.
Telling the parish
Letting the priest know a choir is coming stays with you. For the whole of the service we take the place of the parish cantor.
Ensemble sizes
We usually sing as a quintet. The number of artists depends on the acoustics of the church.
Quartet · 4 artists
The smallest formation that still gives a balanced choral sound. Chapels and small churches.

Our usual formation. It fills a medium-sized church comfortably, with no amplification.
Sextet · 6 artists
For churches with a large volume, or when a separate solo moment is wanted.
Octet · 8 artists
Two artists on each part. Cathedrals, long-reverberation churches, patronal feasts.
Larger formations are available on request.
