Quotes and booking
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date they are sent, unless stated otherwise. A date is considered booked only once it is confirmed in writing and the deposit has been paid. For funerals and memorial services we ask for no deposit.
Payment
The deposit is paid when the booking is confirmed and the balance on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
If the client cancels more than 60 days before, the deposit is refunded in full. Within that period the deposit is retained, as the date was held and turned down for other enquiries.
If we have to cancel, we refund every amount received in full and, where possible, recommend an ensemble of equivalent standard.
The performance
We attend with the agreed formation. In the event of a member’s unforeseen unavailability, we replace them with an artist of equivalent standard at no change to the fee.
The client informs the parish that a choir has been engaged, and ensures we can access the church before the agreed time.
Delays outside our control — overrunning earlier services, a late bridal party — do not affect the fee.
Recordings
Clients are free to record the moments we sing, for personal use. Commercial use of such recordings requires our prior agreement.
