Who processes your data
The details entered in the form on this site are processed by Cor Biserică, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. You can reach us at contact@corbiserica.ro.
What we collect
Through the form: name, phone number, email address, the date and place of the service, the type of service and whatever you choose to write in the message. We do not collect sensitive data and we will never ask for banking details through this site.
Why we use it
Solely to check availability, send you a quote and organise our attendance if you confirm it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and performance of the contract if the booking is confirmed.
Who we share it with
The form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email address. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Beyond these technical providers, we share your data with no one and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Documents relating to services that did take place are kept in line with statutory accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address above and we will act on your request within 30 days at most.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies, carries no advertising pixels and loads no external resources. Fonts are served from our own domain. For that reason you will not see a cookie consent banner.
